Housebroken:  YES … if you do your part and take him out often

Crate trained:  YES

Personality: super-happy little guy who is a furry bundle of wiggles

Energy level:  medium with bursts of high

Fenced yard required?:   Definitely preferred so he has a safe place to play and explore

Does he/she jump fences?  NO

Leash walk:  YES … he’s learning and doing very well

Obedience training:  None but he is a good listener and very smart

Riding in vehicles:  RIDES OK … gets a little stressed at first         

Spayed/neutered:   YES

Up-to-date on routine vaccinations:   YES

Microchipped:   YES

Social with other dogs:  YES

Social with cats: Has not been around cats in foster care … would probably think they were fun to chase

Good with children: Has been around children and does well with older, respectful children

Mac is a beautiful deep orange purebred Pomeranian boy.  He is super wiggly … just a happy-go-lucky guy who loves attention and loves to play!  He also loves to snuggle. He is lucky to have been loved all his life, so that’s what he is looking for now … somebody that will love him as a new family member!  He wants a full-time playmate and snuggle buddy!  If you’re ready to add a furry clown to your family, Mac might be your boy!

We are an all-volunteer group, so please be patient and understand that it takes an average of 7-14 days to process the applications including reference checks, follow-up questions and home visits.  You can expedite the process by providing accurate email addresses for all your references.  Time to make phone calls is limited and we often have multiple applications in process.  We make every effort to move through them as quickly as possible.

When your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to see if Mac picks you too.

If it seems that the adoption will be a good match for all, there is an adoption fee, and an adoption contract to be signed.
