My Story: I was purchased from a Boxer breeder in Meadows of Dan, VA on November 23, 2011. I was 8 weeks old and was a gift for my father after he lost his boxer about a year before. He was so excited to have me and has provided me a loving home over the years. I am an awesome boy, obedient and loving, always looking out after my family for a little love and attention. My family has become too busy to provide me the attention they believe I deserve. They have to travel a lot, often times on weekends as well. They have someone come into the house to take care of me while they are gone. I am looking for a forever home. Being loved on and getting lots of attention is my favorite. I like to stand over your feet while you are sitting just to remind you that I am looking out for you. I love to run and play but follow basic commands very well. I love children and adults and play well with other dogs. I have not been exposed to cats except for one time I went to sniff a neighbor cat and it left some claws in my nose while I ran back to my dad for protection. My parents just updated all of my shots on April 2, 2018. I have some hair missing on both of my sides but I am still a pretty boy. Please consider taking me into your family if you can provide me a safe and loving home.
