Hi … my name is Harley! Please take a minute to read my entire bio to find out everything you need to know about me.

Harley is an energetic, smart, happy, playful, sweet, loving CavaPom pup!  He is such a good boy, full of love, and he finds joy in everything, every day!  He will even go outside and play in the rain! He really enjoys the company of other friendly dogs that like to play. Having a doggy friend in his new home will probably make the adjustment easier for him because he has always lived with another dog.  This young fella can run like the wind and he enjoys exploring outside, so having a fenced yard will be a plus for him and his new family!

Approximate age/birthdate:  April 10, 2023

Weight/size: 23 lbs

Housebroken:  YES (as long as you do your part and take him out often)

Crate trained:  YES

Personality:  happy, smart, loving, curious, joyful

Energy level: Harley has nice house manners and is calm inside and he loves to run full speed outside!  He needs a good amount of exercise every day.

Fenced yard required?:   YES because he does need to have a safe space to run and explore (and hopefully play with another dog).  He cannot be outside a fenced area without a harness and leash. 

Does he/she jump fences?  NO

Leash walk with manners:  YES although he will still pull if he gets excited or sees something he’s sure he needs to explore.

Riding in vehicles:  RIDES OK   

Spayed/neutered:   YES

Up-to-date on routine vaccinations:   YES

Microchipped:   YES

Social with other dogs:  YES  He has always lived with another dog and he seems to be good with other friendly dogs

Social with cats: Has not been with cats in foster care, but we’re sure he would be curious about them.

Good with children:  Will probably be best with respectful, calm children ages 10 and up.

Adoption donation: $250

We are an all-volunteer group, so please be patient and understand that it takes an average of 7-14 days to process the applications including reference checks, follow-up questions and home visits.  You can expedite the process by providing accurate email addresses for all your references.  Time to make phone calls is limited and we often have multiple applications in process.  We make every effort to move through them as quickly as possible.

When your application is approved, we will schedule a home visit/meet-and-greet to see if Harley picks you too.
