Other important things you need to know about Lilly:  This beautiful little girl has always known the love of a family, but due to severe allergies developing in one of the younger family members, Lilly has found herself in need of a new home and family.  It was heartbreaking for the family to have to give her up, but they entrusted her care and her search for a new home to AAMR.

Lilly loves people and she is just about the perfect companion. She’s fine with other dogs (at least all the foster pups she has met so far) and she’s always a ‘hit’ when we take her out to events … she is Little Miss Personality.  She has nice manners, she’s playful and fun, and she just needs to find a new family to love her forever.

We are an all-volunteer group, so please be patient and understand that it takes an average of 7-14 days to process the applications including reference checks, follow-up questions and home visits.  You can expedite the process by providing accurate email addresses for all your references.  Time to make phone calls is limited and we often have multiple applications in process.  We make every effort to move through them as quickly as possible.

When your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to see if Lilly picks you too.

If it seems that the adoption will be a good match for all, there is an adoption fee, and an adoption contract to be signed.
