Sweet Molly has found her happily-ever-after family! What a blessed little girl she is.
Hi … my name is Molly and here are some things you need to know about me:
Boy was I a sight to behold when I first landed in ‘doggy jail.’ I was super itchy and missing lots of hair and my feelings were hurt because my family had left me. But soon some people came and got me and took me to a ‘foster home’ where I got special baths and special food that really helped me feel so much better. Now what I really want is a family of my very own to love me and to let me love them. I want to be a family member! Could you be the person who will let me love you???
There is more info about Molly below, and if you think she might be the perfect pup for you, please go to www.allamericanmuttrescue.org, click on Forms/Application and Fill Out your adoption application online. (Learn more about the adoption process at the end of Molly’s bio.)
Approximate age/birthdate: 2014
Weight/size: 12 lbs
Housebroken: YES as long as you do your part and take her out regularly
Crate trained: YES
Personality: happy, playful, sweet, very energetic
Energy level: medium with frequent bursts of high
Fenced yard required?: A physical fence is definitely preferred so she has a place to explore and play safely off-leash. She will not always come when called so the protection of a fence is a good thing! She can never be allowed off-leash in an unfenced area and she does not a lot of regular exercise.
Does he/she jump fences? NO
Leash walk: YES
Obedience training: NO but with patience and treats she will learn quickly
Riding in vehicles: RIDES OK … gets a little stressed at first
Spayed/neutered: YES
Up-to-date on routine vaccinations: YES
Microchipped: YES
Social with other dogs: YES, especially young, energetic pups who are willing to run and play!
Social with cats: Has not been cat tested but we are sure she would chase them if they run.
Good with children: Has not been around children in foster care but we think she would be ok with older, gentle, respectful children. She will not be a fan of rough housing (by humans) but she does like to play.
Adoption donation: $175
We are an all-volunteer group, so please be patient and understand that it takes an average of 7-14 days to process the applications including reference checks, follow-up questions and home visits. You can expedite the process by providing accurate email addresses for all your references. Time to make phone calls is limited and we often have multiple applications in process. We make every effort to move through them as quickly as possible.
When your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to see if Molly picks you too.
If it seems that the adoption will be a good match for all, there is an adoption fee, and an adoption contract to be signed.
Please feel free to email weluvpups@hotmail.com if you have additional questions.
