On Sunday, Aug 16, our beautiful Cleo went home with her new mom, Stephanie. They met at one of our adoption events in July and their personalities just seem to be perfect for each other! Cleo (short for Cleopatra) is just an amazing little girl. She not quite 6 months old and she is a very calm, quiet little lady. She has much more of the shar-pei personality than the lab. She is very regal (thus Queen Cleo) and almost cat-like in her aloofness. That said, she is also very loving - when SHE wants to be. Her worst vices so far are that she loves to dig and chew ... but what puppy doesn't? Cleo weighs around 25 pounds. She is great with all the other dogs, and is fine with the cats and children. She is moderate-to-low energy and plays in spurts. Much of the time she is very content to just lie around and watch everyone else playing! She will be very happy if her new forever family has a fenced yard so she can sunbathe and nap safely. Cleo is altered, up-to-date on all routine vaccinations, and microchipped.
