Meet  "Squirelly-Girl".  She was taken to an area grooming station and was abandoned there.  She is absolutely gorgeous!  She is approximately 1-1.5 yrs old,  has had her shots and has been spayed. .  She is a mixed breed from the class of working dogs - a Belgian Malinois, and possibly German Shepherd Dog mix.  At first she is not receptive to new faces, but after a few weeks, she became best-buds with one of the groomers who is also a trainer, so we feel like she will adjust to a new home very quickly.   She has great potential – is very trainable!  She is completely 100% loveable after she gets to know you. 

Anyone interested in adopting her would need to come to the grooming station where she is now on a weekly basis as much as possible to get to know her before bringing her home for good.  There is a huge "play" yard out back that could easily be used for these meet-and-greets.  She is a bit hyper, but we believe with the right patient individual and some time, the "puppy" hyper-ness will subside.  She loves to run and will definitely need an active family who wants to include her in their activities.  We also know that she did live with at least one other dog.
