I am Mercedes! I'm a mutt and I am quite a catch!  I really want a family of my very own soon, please!

Mercedes is a clown! She has that goofy wiggle butt and when she's happy, everything wags!  And her beautiful eyes just speak to you.  She's a bundle of energy and would love to have an active family who would play with her and take her everywhere.  She really wants to be somebody's best buddy.  She needs a fenced yard so she can get outside and play safely off-leash.

Mercedes is good with other dogs, not so good with cats, and loves everybody she meets.  Her energy might be a little too much for toddlers, but we think she would be fine with older children. 

Mercedes is spayed and up-to-date on all vetting.  Our best guesstimate is that she was born mid-2008. Her adoption donation is $75 ... and that's a bargain for this sweet girl!  And she comes with papers ... Adoption Papers!

We are an all-volunteer group, so please be patient and understand that it takes an average of 7-14 days to process the applications including reference checks, follow-up questions and home visits.  You can expedite the process by providing accurate email addresses for all your references.  Time to make phone calls is limited and we often have multiple applications in process.  We make every effort to move through them as quickly as possible.

When your application is tentatively approved, we will schedule a home visit and a meet-and-greet to see if Mercedes picks you too.

If it seems that the adoption will be a good match for all, there is an adoption contract to be signed and a requested adoption donation.
