ON APRIL 14, 2014 CANDEE WAS DOING A HAPPY DANCE BECAUSE SHE FOUND HER NEW FOREVER FAMILY, INCLUDING A NEW FUR-SISTER! SHE'S A LUCKY LITTLE GIRL AND WE'RE SO HAPPY FOR HER!
Here are some very important things you need to know about Candee

Housebroken: YES
Crate trained: YES
Personality: sweet, cuddly, playful
Energy level: medium

Riding in vehicles: Rides OK
Spayed/neutered: Will be spayed March 31, 2014

Social with cats: Yes, but would love to chase them if they would run
Good with children: She hasn’t been around children in foster care but she seems like she would be OK with mature, gentle, respectful children. She is playful but finds a lot of activity and loud noise a bit intimidating.
Adoption donation: $175
Candee and two of her friends were surrendered to our local animal control facility and she was pretty scared and confused by the whole situation. When we brought her into foster care, it took her less than a day to turn into a sweet, cuddly, kissy little girl.
Candee is so sweet and loving, but she will definitely let the other pups know they need to ‘back off’ if they get too close to her crate when she is in it. Outside the crate there don’t seem to be any issues. She is certainly not aggressive at all … definitely more of a lovebug.
If you think Candee might be the perfect pup for you, please go to our website, click on Forms/Application and complete your adoption application online. Here’s the link http://www.allamericanmuttrescue.org/forms/
We are an all-volunteer group, so please be patient and understand that it can take up to 14 days to process the applications including reference checks, follow-up questions and home visits. You can expedite the process by providing accurate email addresses for all your references. Time to make phone calls is limited and we often have multiple applications in process. We make every effort to move through them as quickly as possible.
When your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to see if Candee picks you too.
If it seems that the adoption will be a good match for all, there is an adoption fee, and an adoption contract to be signed.
