Social with cats: Will watch the cats intently and sometimes barks … would probably chase them

Good with children: We think he would be ok with older children who are kind and well-mannered

We found Toby sitting in a kennel at an Animal Control facility.  As soon as he saw us he started wagging and wiggling all over!  He won my heart right away.  When we first saw him, it was hard to tell what he was … or even if he was a boy or a girl. Poor little guy had huge mats that were close to cutting off circulation in his skin in places.  Thank you groomers at Canine Cuts for making him feel so much better!  He is just a great little guy and very easy to live with.  He does like to sleep in the bed with you. He is not demanding, and he is just happy when anyone takes time to play with him and show him some love.

This sweet little boy deserves a family who will take time with him and love him and give him a super spoiled life!

We are an all-volunteer group, so please be patient and understand that it takes an average of 7-14 days to process the applications including reference checks, follow-up questions and home visits.  You can expedite the process by providing accurate email addresses for all your references.  Time to make phone calls is limited and we often have multiple applications in process.  We make every effort to move through them as quickly as possible.

When your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to see if Toby picks you too.

If it seems that the adoption will be a good match for all, there is an adoption fee, and an adoption contract to be signed.
