Daphne is just a petite little clown, and she really wants a family of her very own to love her forever.  Who could not love that beautiful coat and sweet face? Her life has been a bit of a challenge to this point, but you’d never know it by her loving attitude.

She is such a sweet, loving doxie girl with the typical joyful outlook on life.  She has spent all her life in a small crate, so freedom is new to her and learning to walk on a leash is a totally new experience … but she’s getting it.  She’s been fully vetted, including a badly needed dental, so now she’s ready for the good times to begin.

We are an all-volunteer group, so please be patient and understand that it takes an average of 7-14 days to process the applications including reference checks, follow-up questions and home visits.  You can expedite the process by providing accurate email addresses for all your references.  Time to make phone calls is limited and we often have multiple applications in process.  We make every effort to move through them as quickly as possible.

When your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to see if Daphne picks you too.

If it seems that the adoption will be a good match for all, there is an adoption fee, and an adoption contract to be signed.
