Hi … my name is CeCe (my foster mom calls me Cecil too and I just wag all over) and here are some things you need to know about me:

Approximate age/birthdate:  ~ 2012

Weight/size: ~ 11 lbs (yep … I’m a little tank)

Housebroken:  YES

Crate trained:  YES

Personality: little reserved at first, but very loveable once he gets to know you

Energy level:  medium

Fenced yard required?:   YES

Does he/she jump fences?  NO

Leash walk:  YES

Obedience training:  No

Riding in vehicles:  RIDES OK … gets a little stressed at first         

Spayed/neutered:   YES

Up-to-date on routine vaccinations:   YES

Microchipped:   YES

Social with other dogs:  YES

Social with cats: Not a lot of interest in the cats he’s seen in foster care.

Good with children: Hasn’t been around children in foster care, but seems to be OK with most everyone.  He will not do well in a household with younger children and lots of noise and activity.

CeCe is a very sweet little guy who wants a family of his own to love him forever.  He was surrendered at an area Animal Control facility, so we really have no background info on him.  He is such a handsome little fella … but not at all your typical chi.  He is very quiet and reserved, but once he trusts you, he is quite the snuggle bug.  He is just so easy to love.

CeCe wants to be treated like an important member of the family!   He is not a demanding pup, but you can quickly see how much he loves being snuggled and loved.  Could CeCe be your new Best Furry Friend?

We are an all-volunteer group, so please be patient and understand that it takes an average of 7-14 days to process the applications including reference checks, follow-up questions and home visits.  You can expedite the process by providing accurate email addresses for all your references.  Time to make phone calls is limited and we often have multiple applications in process.  We make every effort to move through them as quickly as possible.

When your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to see if CeCe picks you too.

If it seems that the adoption will be a good match for all, there is an adoption fee, and an adoption contract to be signed.
