How happy does Scooby look now?  On Sat July 25, 2009, Mark and Maria Philips adopted Scooby and has made him a very happy boy.  Lots of love, lots of attention and all the care he could ever ask for!  And they even understand his fear of thunderstorms!

Scooby is a very special 7-year-old male border collie. but he certainly isn't your typical border collie. His left front leg was amputated due to an injury, but Scooby has no idea that having only 3 legs is unusual. He gets around like a champ; he even jumps up in the car on his own, and he was doing this the day after his surgery! He LOVES to ride! He is the sweetest boy you could ever meet and is otherwise perfectly healthy. He is very social and gets along with adults, dogs, cats and kids. And he loves to go to the groomer to get pampered. He spends time inside (he's not crazy about 'slick' or 'shiny' floors) and outside and always wants to be close to his people. He is housebroken, walks well on leash, has been neutered and is up-to-date on all his shots. Scooby would love to have a forever home with a nice fenced area to play in and a family who would love him forever!
